Danor69 0 #1 December 18, 2005 if I'm not mistaken you now need to hold a coaches rating for a full year before being eligible for any instrutors rating.. does anyone know where this is spelled out?.. IRM? SIMS? S&TA newsletter? what? where? thanks in advance.
NelKel 0 #2 December 18, 2005 You need to make 10 jumps as a coach with students to observe, and learn how they fly. You can find it spelled out on any Instructor Proficiency Card in the IRM._________________________________________ Someone dies, someone says how stupid, someone says it was avoidable, someone says how to avoid it, someone calls them an idiot, someone proposes rule chan
altichick 1 #3 December 19, 2005 There's no minimum time between coach and AFFI ratings so long as you have all the required jumps etc. I did my coach and AFF ratings in the same week.
