Who has the MOST tandems and how many?

Not sure but I'd guess it's one of the two who have the most skydives, as they're both TIs - Bill Dause or Don Kellner.

There's one TI on my DZ with somewhere in the region of 8-9000 tandems. And the DZO has 23,000 jumps, but I don't know how many are tandems.

Donna Turner has 6400 tandems, which I think might be the most in the world for a female TI.

I heard of a guy in guam, aussie, who had 12,000 tandems and that was about 3-4 years ago. A friend of mine went there to work and had 2000 tandems and was the LEAST experienced of a 8 person staff.

If some old guy can do it then obviously it can't be very extreme. Otherwise he'd already be dead.

Darlene, Don's wife might be another one in the list of who has the most tandems for a woman. Shes at about 12000 jumps her self.

I have heard of many instructors with 10,000 tandem jumps. Anyone with 15,000 or 20,000 tandems?

Probably Micheal from Nouvel Air, a DZO who has been jumping full time for 25 years, has been doing tandem and PFF forever, either that or a TI from Lodi, those guys do a TON of tandems.

No way, man. Nothing against Michel, but he has, what, around 14 or 15,000 jumps? Like several people have stated, there are more than a handful of ti's with over 10,000 tandems. Someone somewhere probably has more tandems than Michel has number of jumps total. Which is why we asked the question, and we just have to find out who it is.

Again, this is nothing against Michel, but the point of the post is to find out who has the most tandem jumps, and while he will have a lot, I don't think it's more 12,000.

Papa Dopp in Hawaii had around 10,000 tandems when he took me for my first tandem in 2004.

I know the guys and girls in Hawaii average at least 1,000+ jumps a year. It is a tandem factory out there. There were days, when I was taking AFF, that Skydive Hawaii would do over 100 tandems in a day with something like 5-10 TI's.
