My AFF L1 instructor (reserve side) slapped the shit out of me on my forehead when I didn't respond to the COA signal...I immediately did my COA and have never forgotten alti awareness since. A TI could more easily rattle your cage in the air if you weren't alti-aware...fetal, frozen students CAN'T be fun for AFFIs.My reality and yours are quite different.
