aliveboy2004 0 #6 June 12, 2007 sounds like maybe you had a tandem instructor that didn't really care about your safety. just looking for some fun for himself. like all those guys a couple of years ago that were putting their passengers at risk by going head down. evidently you have never seen any of the 'side spin' videos - or videos of things that can go terribly wrong very quickly. ask for a safe, stable exit and enjoy the sensation of that! PhreeZone 20 #9 June 12, 2007 Dave, wearing socks with Teva's? Shame on you. If the OP is wanting to progress towards AFF tumbling or flipping exits do nothing to help train you for AFF. Instructors should be able to trin you during your working tandem on how to exit and have a lot of those skills transfer directly to AFF exits.Yesterday is history And tomorrow is a mystery Parachutemanuals.com
aliveboy2004 0 #10 June 18, 2007 well, did you get to make your 3rd tandem? And did you pull the ripcord and learn how to do turns?
Miami 0 #11 June 18, 2007 My favorite when going of the pac is a gainer. Been a while since I've done any other type, but with other a/c would either poise out or dive toward the rear, depending on video or not.Miami

slotperfect 7 #17 July 27, 2007 From side door aircraft I do a smooth side-slide exit, beginning with a squat in the Otter door, or a seated position in the PAC 750XL door. From ramp aircraft I do a 270 cheetah flip 99% of the time.Arrive Safely John
