DesertDevil 1 #1 Posted December 25, 2009 Hi guys, when I'm not busy, I like to put my camera on for an AFF graduation jump. The students seem to really appreciate it. So if instructors have any cool AFF shots, post them! Merry Christmas to everyone!

Para5-0 0 #3 December 25, 2009 Bro, I can tell you one thing, that is some kick ass scenery, man I am missing out. Great shots. On another stupid side note, for several reasons I do not wear a video or still on any AFF jumps. Just a personal decision. I have had jumps go bad even graduating jumps where I have to interviene. I just prefer not to have it there. I have heard the argument that it is just there and whatever you get you get but the student is primary. That is cool, I just disagree. To each his own. Again, they are great shots.

pilotdave 0 #5 December 26, 2009 I don't take stills when I'm the instructor, but I did a lot of AFF videos in the last couple years before I got my rating... Dave

faulknerwn 38 #13 December 27, 2009 Uploaded a video to youtube here: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9wxNAVWvM-s A level 7 I did last week - think he was born to be a skydiver? Not only did he do the flips and stuff twice - he took time to geek the camera between each one! All from a 182 and still managed to pull at 4500! Hope you guys enjoy it as much as I did doing the jumps!!! Can't wait to get to my solos!! http://www.vimeo.com/7915232 (oh I get the pull signal on the last jump but pitched by 4500ft easily ;) We got too eager and did an extra 360 at the end loool)"Common sense is not so common" - Voltaire Dudeist Skydiver #

Man, this picture reminds me of something a few years back. A good friend of mine was waiting for his son to turn 18 so he could take him on an AFF. I was asked to take some pictures. I remember the look on his father's face when the parachute opened perfectly. He thought the world was in the palm of his hand.

DesertDevil 1 #25 December 30, 2009 Little Jimmy's AFF graduation jump almost two years ago. He grew up at the dz watching his dad jump out of planes. When the time came for him to jump, his dad asked me to take him. To celebrate his jump, another family friend who's an AFF instructor jumped with us.
