tylerexpress 0 #1 August 24, 2010 My DZ in Vivian louisiana is a 2 cessna operation and looking to get an IE willing to come out and rate some folks. We currently have 3 S/L Instructors and in need or more due to growing pains. Our 3 S/L Instructors are wanting to add IAD and we have 4 Coaches wanting to get S/L and IAD ratings. Does everyone have their own INDIVIDUAL current copy of the IRM and SIMS? Have the prerequisites and proficiency cards been ccompleted by the candidates? riggerrob 643 #3 August 26, 2010 Just a suggestion about the "bigger picture" ... Once all your instructors are rated on both S/L and IAD, you would be wise to standardize on one method. Standardisation will make life much easier for packers, manifestors, etc. on busy, hot, muggy days.
