Lethaus 0 #1 February 17, 2005 Hi, they enlarged the tunnel at Ruemlang in Switzerland. Before this, it was great to fly but now I heard that there are problems (more wind in the center than at the periphery). Does anybody know anything about it? Paulipod 0 #2 February 17, 2005 Our Swiss partners are in the process of enlarging their facility (see banners!) At the moment they are working on the flow design - and are not finished yet so a little early to judge..... When these things are setup it takes a few weeks to finish them off - this is normal. When they are open to the public again the flow will be as good as ever Bodyflight Bedford www.bodyflight.co.uk
Mikevetter 0 #3 February 25, 2005 Just had a phone conversation with them in zuerich and it seems that most of the fine tuning is close to finish. i be there beginning of april again and have been going to zurich regularly over the last few years doing coaching. in a new tunnel in takes some time to smoothen out the perfect airflows, but the team in zurich is very experienced, in fact i believe they were one of the first to have a tunnel in the world. so give it a try and i am sure you will like the new set. ninakuebler 0 #5 March 4, 2005 this is nina from 4nrush, formerly endeavour. we held 2 camps so far in the technically updated tunnel and things have been running really well. freezing outside temperatures are relatively easy to handle since you get to be inside after your 2 minute session. compared to skyventures in perris and orlando this tunnel is THE alternative in europe. we'll be working there all season.[email]
