woodpecker 0 #1 February 20, 2006 Just got back from bodyflight (bedford) and what a great experience. Granted, I didnt get to fly today (completely booked and I just showed up with no warning) but had a great time anyway. Being this was the first time I've ever even been to a tunnel, the staff showed me around and left me just hang out and watch one of the teams practice. While sitting there, another staff member took it upon himself to discuss my skill level and what to expect in the tunnel for the first time. Very very informative..... I booked two 2.5 minute slots for next Sunday and cant wait. I have no idea what to expect except its harder in the tunnel than in actual freefall, so I guess I'm just a beginner AGAIN! Any wisdom from tunnel rats would be welcome. What to expect, what makes it easier, etc....... fsjumperuk 0 #3 February 20, 2006 The Army Team has used Bedford for our own use (4 Way), individual training and a few corporate training days on numerous occasions over the past 5 months. The tunnel staff are second to none - I have not however used Airkix so I cannot compare them but I have used almost all the other tunnels. You always leave with the feeling that to Paul and his staff you are their main purpose and responsibility at the moment. Great Staff, Great vibes, Great tunnel what more could you ask for - 28 hours in the day that is about it. I can't fault it and would recommend Bedford to anyone.
