PhreeZone 20 #26 August 25, 2001 Another issue that this thread triggered in my memory finally is the issue of CG and weight distibution. Anyone remember the incident with the upside down CASA at the Richmond Boogie a few years ago?I saw the video of the last year and it''s stuck with me ever since then. Somehow 33 jumpers stalled the CASA by ignoring the weight distro rules and jammed the gate. Next thing you see is jumpers being tossed out of the Casa as it stalls and flips into an upside down flat-spin. The pilot dug the CASA out of the spin and righted it in time to avoid crashing it.Lets keep things like CG and the like in our mind ass we jam the door for that sweet 16 way sunset jump. Keep your head up and listen to the pilot about not all floating the exit. That is all for now...... Class dismissed. Do I HAVE to do another raft dive???
