The web site (http://www.freezonemoscow.ru/en/news.html) last update date is July 06 and according to skyventure site it will open in late 2006. I also sent an email to the info address and a PM to the guy who promoted the tunnel on this website some time a go (I think his alias was Cromoi)... no answers! Let's see...
