dalemeyer 0 #1 July 10, 2008 Hi folks, Probably a stupid question, but why are there so few tunnels? what would the costs of running one involve? and why does Aus not have a tunnel? Thanks for your time daleTake it easy... and if you get it easy, take it TWICE!
ockers 0 #2 July 16, 2008 Hi Dale, I'm afaid you have answered your own question there. Anyone with a spare $15m under the mattress could set one of these up. $AU looking pretty good at the moment but still a pricey option to import the US technology. If it happens here, Gold Coast is probably the likely location. It is a possibility, but don't hold your breath.

If I had the money I would buy one off Skyventure, you would make a killing.

The OZ market is VERY smallYou are not now, nor will you ever be, good enough to not die in this sport (Sparky) My Life ROCKS! How's yours doing? grimmie 186 #7 July 22, 2008 Darling Harbour in Sydney would be a great location for a tunnel.
djd 0 #8 July 22, 2008 I have heard there are plans for 2 tunnels in Aus.... was second hand information but the source is normally reliable, as far as i am aware they are still in the talking stage so you will probably get you'r tunnels in March ......... 2017... which is a shame.... as the more the better in my books.. more places to go visit... Not meaning to rub it in but i have to go as we are just switching our Hue G Big Tunnel on and i need to go Free Fly.. Let it be windy...... Dave..
