bambooman 0 #1 October 26, 2008 I want to book time with a coach and want to come prepared to maximize my tunnel time (because it aint cheap!). I have been once and can do beginner belly flying. I am looking for a book or online source to show me the body positions needed for basic stuff like turns, up and down, forward and back. Anyone know where I can do my homework before showing up for class? Thanks
mccordia 74 #2 October 26, 2008 A lot of coaches use different way of teaching certain things. Though online preperation and 'dry' practice could help, it could also do the opposite, and mean you go into the coaching sessions with bad habbits and a wrong idea on how to do things. Dont try and measure yourself after 20 minutes of tunneltime, with some of the people you see in online vids after hours and hours or tunneltime....as thats just the best way to de-motivate yourself... Just sleep well, show up nice and relaxed with an open mind and ready to learn, and try and pick up as much as you can during the actual sessons.. Have fun!JC FlyLikeBrick I'm an Athlete?
