surfrgrl1 0 #1 March 20, 2009 Hi, I was wondering if anyone had any recommendations for gym exercises to help prepare for a large amount of tunnel time over a short period of time. This would preferably be exercises which would help with endurance for sit & HD. Thanks!

raymond_jones 0 #4 March 20, 2009 id look more into stretching and/or yoga to get your body used to being bent and stretched in awkward positions over prolonged periods of time. if the gym suits you better i'd do more of the lower body, back, and shoulders. reguardless of how much effort you put in to getting in shape before hand your still gonna be sore as hell from using muscles you normally don't, and/or hitting the walls/net."your the shit till you eat it !!!!!!!! damn that wall hurts..." Google is your friend Basically lots of compound movements that target your posterior chain (lower back, ass, hamstrings etc) stretching will surely help. my quads are always tight, so stretching them real good before helps to arch harder If you did just one stretch, do this one:
