Tall and strong?

I was curious if there are height requirements etc. to be a TI?
The guys(TI)at my local DZ are giants.
Can you jump with someone taller and that weighs more than you?

No height requirements. It helps to be at least moderately fit, though.
I'm no giant at 6' and 170lbs, and the largest I've taken was a football player that was about 6'3 and 260lbs.

I am 5'6 and at 160lbs down from 175 after some tuneups to my diet.

I have taken students as big as 6'7 240 lbs.

I am sure it would be easier if I had longer legs and arms, longer arms would be much better for handy cams, but you deal with what you got!

I do fly with booties, I think the extra power on my legs makes up for being stubby.

My tandem instructor was more than a foot shorter than my 6'3" height. It made me feel a little like Luke Skywalker carrying Yoda around in Empire Strikes Back.

Most tall tandem instructors work out of tall airplanes. You will find few tall TIs working out of Cessnas.

Meh, I'm 6'3 and my plane mate is 6'1 and we are in a narrow body straight tail 182. I've never had a problem with it.

I am 6.2ft and 210 lbs.
For hand cam having long arms it definitely helps.

The only problem I encounter is having big thighs 27", If I am behind the pilot I don't give my fellow TI to much room in the
C206. We also have a wide body 182 so normally there I don't have any problems.
The only other thing is when I have tall tandem passengers is a bit tight getting out, but no issues so far.

I normally get the tall people.

I'm 6ft 2in. But we have a wide body 182! But my exit is to simply roll out of the door from my knees. Other more stable methods have resulted in rubbing the container on the top of the door frame. I don't like that. Customers love the front loop as long as they know it's coming.
