Hellow every body. In a few days I will do my tandem jump number 10.000 as Instructor Tandem. I would like to know how many Masters Tandem in the world have more than 10.000 tandem jumps. Could you help me please? I know some of them, Don Kellner (USA), Mike Spurgeon (USA), Freddy Hofmayer (Germany), Dona (Kea) Turner (New Zeland), .....

I have a little over 14,000. I suspect there are a lot more TMs than you might think who have exceeded 10K TM jumps.

If you leave the plane without a parachute, you will be fine for the rest of your life.

I've got 5000 plus out of a C172 - that's a lot more work than 10 000 out of a turbine IMHO.

I did 3200+ in 3 years out of 182's . I did 32 in 1 day out of a fast 57 straight tail... just me the pilot and students. Longest day of my life...

Yeah there are a lot out there. I have over 15000 tandems and there are others that I work with with well over 10000. One of them being on the list already. I am sure in Australia there are quite a lot now as well.

He isn't on this website, and while he has enormous jump numbers (likely 20,000+), he only sought a tandem rating about 4 years ago.

I think you are mistaken. You could ask him the next time you see him.

Slobodan "Bo" Babovic in Wisconsin has to be very close or well over 10k. I know he's got 13k+ jumps and a lions share being tandem.

Bo is from Serbia, I see that when someone guesses a name that it is added to the list. I know some off the people here and they are not so accurate with logging, haha!
There are a couple of longtime tandem instructors in Hawaii who have in excess of 15,000 tandems, I can verify that George Rivera and Richard "Dop " Dopplemyer are two.

I see that quite a few of these names on your list have worked in Hawaii at one point or another.

Congratulations when you get your 10,000 I should be there myself in about a year,

I did ask him, he said he has over 10k tandems. Quite possible I am mistaken, though, it was a text conversation; maybe he thought I said 1000.

I see from old posts that Greg Behrens in AZ was over 9000 in 2003. I don't know how many more tandems he made before Marana got out of sport jumping but he seems a likely suspect.
