TheRealDBish 0 #1 June 23, 2017 Hey Tandem Masters, We have a group of people with Friedrich's Ataxia that are asking if we can take them for a jump. A quick search tells me that it is a nerve wasting disease that impairs motor function but leaves them with full cognitive function. What are your opinions on taking these people for a jump? Can it be done safely?

douwanto 22 #3 June 24, 2017 Case by case basis. Meet and evaluate each one of them. If you aren't qualified to assess them find someone who is and as always they should clear it with their doctor prior to all this. All that said knowing their limitations and abilities will help you determine what assisting gear if any would best work for each jumper..
