perhaps it's not a too bad an idea to have some of the top navigation stuff copied to the bottom.
Like "Forums: Skydiving: General Skydiving Discussions:" <- that part. I always seem to be scrolling back up when finished a topic.

Look at the bottom right of the page and you'll see the "Jump to Forum" button and the drop down box with all the forum choices just to it's left.

Click on the name of the level you want to return to. Weither you want to go to the root or to the bottom layer you can go there via the part where it says Fourms:Sub fourm: specific fourm.
