Make it clicky

The link is to the Markup Help, which is also available when you reply. But, in a nutshell, you have to put markup in front of and behind your link.

Basic clicky is by just using the url button at the bottom of the box. The first time you click it, it starts the link; the second time (it'll have a slash in front of it), it'll end the link. Pretending the curly brackets below are square brackets, here's a sample:

{url}http://www.dropzone.com{/url}

which, with square brackets and posted, looks like http://www.dropzone.com

Graduate clicky is when you put something besides the name of the link. Using the same curly-brackets-substitute-for-square technique,

{url "http://www.dropzone.com"} Home sweet home {/url}

which gives you Home sweet home (edit: gotta have the http://)

But it's easiest just to use the buttons. Use "preview post" when you do it to make sure it works. You can also quote a post with a clicky link to see what it looks like. But it has to be quote and not just reply.

There is nothing more dangerous than breaking a basic safety rule and getting away with it. It removes fear of the consequences and builds false confidence. (tbrown)

Thanks for this post. I did a search and found your note:)
"America will never be destroyed from the outside,
if we falter and lose our freedoms,
it will be because we destroyed ourselves."
Abraham Lincoln
