ranchgirl 0 #1 August 14, 2004 I use the dropzones section a lot to find new places to jump. The hard part though is when I look up say "Michigan" and there are 11 dz's in that state. It would be very helpful to have either a "clickable" link to thier location on like a mapquest site on their main profile page. So I can see where in the state they are (and to see which dz is nearby where I'll be). Right now, what I have to do is pretty much hand type (or copy/paste) every address of EACH of the 11 dz's in a separate window on mapquest, to see which DZ is where. Another fix to this situation is maybe have a separate clicky link next to the name of the state that has a map of the state (or region) with a key like: 1-Central Michigan Skydivers 2-Skydive Tecumseh 3-Great Lakes Skydivers And on the map are little numbers so you can see where each DZ is. I think this would be really really helpful. Currently I'm having this issue with Argentina. I am hopefully planning a trip in the near future, and Argentina has 24 DZ's. I just want to SEE where each one IS relative to Buenos Aires, and basically, I have to click on each one and try to figure it out on my own...and I don't know if there is a "mapquest-like" site for Argentina. Thanks for listening. I hope my suggestion finds it's way on to Dropzone.com!-Crystal
ranchgirl 0 #2 August 14, 2004 Or actually, in the above mentioned "map" with the #'s on it...it would go perfect on say the bottom of this page for every state or small country. (And the DZ's would just be numbered. http://www.dropzone.com/dropzone/North_America/United_States/Michigan/index.html-Crystal

PhreeZone 20 #4 August 14, 2004 I know Sangiro is way into this solution. Wait till you see how the end solution will work, its going to be sweet. Patience will be needed, but I think that based on what I've been shown, everyone will love it.Yesterday is history And tomorrow is a mystery Parachutemanuals.com
