Lately, there are a lot of ads from various skydiving professionals advertising their services. I think it would be a great idea to have a separate category for this; it offers us a way to post credentials, a way for DZs to locate potential employees, and it cleans up the help wanted section. Most sites have separate "Help Wanted" and "Seeking Employment" (a/k/a "Situation Wanted", "Position Wanted", "Employment Sought", etc.) sections for exactly this reason. That would be helpful on DZ.com, too. As it now stands, it seems that most ad titles on here are so neutral you can't tell whether it's a "help wanted" ad or a "seeking employment" ad until you click on it.
