But unexpected error occurred through UPS fault and the canopy was forwarded backwards. By that time Michael had changed his living address and phone number. And now UPS categorically refuse to send the package again until then Michael will call on UPS.I do not live in USA: actually I am in Latvia, it in the East Europe. I ask to understand me correctly - 300-400 dollars are the monthly average salary in our country. And this Raven receiving is very important for me.I'm sorry for my appeal to you by Internet but I have not of another way already.I ask all Very much - if someone knows Michael, inform him, that Eric from Latvia has a problem with the UPS and with receiving a canopy.
