To add an icon go to "Edit Profile" and click on "User Profile" You can upload an icon and select it to be displayed. Icons can be JPG files only with a maximum file size of 10 KB and maximum dimensions of 60*75 pixels. The pixel smudges make you look like one of those folks on Cops who don't want their picture taken.
