Gear Review. Want to change to 5 stars. Why is one start thumbs up?

Ok .. I'm a moron ... I gave a review on the ProTrack and didn't see the Star rating .. gave it one star when I should have given it 5. However, it got a thumbs up .. so I take it, the moderator puts that there? Also, it's not important, can I change the number of starts ... I suppose there are more important things to do....
