Spy38W 0 #4 April 14, 2002 Looks cool, I was actually thinking of a something like that for my next canopy (coming soon) What kind of price you getting on the hornet? and where you getting it from?--~Captain CutawayI can disassemble a rig in less than 5 seconds... SkydiveMonkey 0 #5 April 14, 2002 I wouldn't go with a white canopy. Shows the dirt too much and people might think it's a reserve from a distance. Swap the blue and white around and that'd be quite good. When you participate in sporting events, its not whether you win or loose, its how drunk you get. Viking 0 #6 April 14, 2002 When i am looking for reserves the only thing i look for is the lack of a pilot chute, not what color the chute is. I will try switching the colors around though. SkydiveMonkey 0 #7 April 14, 2002 What I mean is people on the ground could mistake it for a reserve and start going crazy. I've seen it happen with a bloke with an all white canopy. nacmacfeegle 0 #9 April 14, 2002 Switch the blue and white around, make the stabilisers the same colour as the end cell skins and it will look bad ass.IMHO of course...But where's the purple? PS Squareone's canopy colouring applet works a little better than Paragear's, again IMHO...CyaD
AndyMan 7 #10 April 15, 2002 Personally I don't like rigs with white top or bottom skinns. They just get dirty too quickly, and it shows so badly._AmICQ: 5578907MSN Messenger: andrewdmetcalfe at hotmail dot com AIM: andrewdmetcalfeYahoo IM: ametcalf_1999
lummy 4 #11 April 15, 2002 I saw this scheme today at Byron, At first I was wondering if it were a reserve that was dirty or something but once it got closer you could see the inner colors...Conjunction Junction, what's your function?
Viking 0 #12 April 15, 2002 I just went and messed with the Square One designer (shows the canopy better) and came up with this. *see attachment*I used the Sabre 2 b/c it and the Hornet are very much alike.I swear you must have footprints on the back of your helmet - chicagoskydiver

E150 0 #19 April 15, 2002 Nice. The top layer of my canopy is white. After 30 jumps its already looking a bit brownish (packing)! :( Must be dust on the floor!

dove 0 #22 April 15, 2002 I like the red and yellow! Schweet! I agree that the orange slider is questionable! I think you'd be able to see a yellow one screaming atcha during opening!dove
