heftee 0 #1 October 16, 2002 My newly owned used rig has soft links. Some riggers say those are fine; others say they are a no-no. SkydiveMonkey 0 #3 October 16, 2002 I'll say it again - I love my Slinks. Makes pulling the slider down SO easy.____________________ Say no to subliminal messages
JFC3 0 #4 October 16, 2002 I love my slinks. Have reserve slinks on my reserve. To be honest I haven't heard anyone say anything really negative about them. A buddy of mine didn't like the fact they didn't stop his slider from coming into his face but I've never been bothered by that so... "Five days? But I'm angry now!" Dumpster 0 #5 October 17, 2002 Go with the soft links- The won't beat up your slider grommets, make the slider easy to pull down (if you choose-) etc. - Unless you plan on changing canopies alot- Easy Does It
