reflex container

I have a reflex. Love it but every 3 or 4 jumps one of the riser covers hangs up. it is easy to undo but not a very good feeling.has anyone else had this problem.

I also have a Reflex and I'm very happy with itThis problem was/is semi-common with the Reflex, its tucktabs were designed to stay closed however you fly and man did they do a good job. The folks at Fliteline even switched over to smaller tabs I believe after numerous complaints about this, I myself and others have said you can hear them "pop!" open when new. I was told that this usually solves itself with some age or you can working them to make'em flexible a little more.
I'm sure if you do a search you'll find more on this and anything else you can think of as the Reflex has been discussed hear many times by myself and others.

You can bend them into more of a C or U shape and it will help in the release during opening. Just hold them un a slight curve for 20 minutes or longer (Over night with the help of rubber bands works) and don't tuck them in till your next jump.

I'm a little confused. The tucktabs on my Reflex had the exact opposite effect precisely because they were curved by the previous owner. They would hardly ever stay closed.

I say just let them wear in naturally. That way they will take a shape by themselves.

If you are having problems with your Reflex riser cover tuck tabs, ask Trident/Bomber to sew on a new reserve top flap with the current pattern tuck tabs.
