Supergeil 0 #1 November 26, 2003 Just want to now how you get the longest swoop it's recover real fast after my opinion. Supergeil
ccowden 0 #2 November 26, 2003 I jumped a Sabre2 for about 200 jumps and found that a 180 hard carving front riser turn worked best. Not quite a full-on hook turn, but pretty aggressive. This allowed me to hold it in the dive longest and transfer right to rear risers. It was pretty respectable swooping with that technique. Otherwise, like you said, it recovered way too fast. LouDiamond 1 #3 November 26, 2003 I have jumped SM1's 97 and it is WAY swoopable. I don't do anything more radical than a 90 to get what I need but I have seen him throw his usual 270 and swoop the piss out of the course and then some. Proof again that the canopy is only as good as the person flying it."It's just skydiving..additional drama is not required" Some people dream about flying, I live my dream SKYMONKEY PUBLISHING
Supergeil 0 #4 November 26, 2003 Not saying that you can't swoop it just how you get the best out of it. Like the canopy very much but you can always be better to fly it.... Supergeil
SkymonkeyONE 4 #5 November 27, 2003 On my Sabre2 97 (wingsuit main), I throw my usual steep diving 270, but lower than I do on my Velo. I generally throw my turn on the Sabre2 at around 500 feet.
