The sabre has been the most popular canopy for over a decade. There are more of those out there than there ever will be of Crossfires. Not everyone experiences those problems with the 1 or 2. When the Sabre was introduced in the 90's it was a major advancement in canopies, people made mistakes, people had to learn packing again, so with those mistakes came a reputation.
