Sonic 0 #1 November 8, 2002 What's the best way to shorten closing loops? I always tend to shorten mine too much - how do you do it in small increments?----------------------------------- It's like something out of that twilighty show about that zone
PhreeZone 20 #2 November 8, 2002 Make them close in length then move the knot up or down to get them perfect. Wait till you try to make a cypres loop for the first time.... lots of fun learning how to make those right.Yesterday is history And tomorrow is a mystery Parachutemanuals.com
Jimbo 0 #3 November 8, 2002 Carefully? I don't know that are any rules as to how to best shorten your closing loop. I've gone through enough of them that I can usually get pretty close the first try and from there it's trial and error. Anyone else have a better idea on how to accomplish this? - Jim"Like" - The modern day comma Good bye, my friends. You are missed.

Jimbo 0 #5 November 8, 2002 Huh. I never thought of that, but would be perfect for those times when I can't get it just right. I'll remember that one. - Jim"Like" - The modern day comma Good bye, my friends. You are missed.
drenaline 0 #6 November 8, 2002 QuoteI always tend to shorten mine too much It isn't to much if you can close the container using a pull up chord. It's the right amount if you can close it and make a lil sweat while doing it. You should try closing my container, now that sure gives a sweat!
