Can you please tell me where other than Lake Wales would be a good place to train, which dropzones (especially near Florida) have good ponds and good weather in October, any other swoop comps happening in October etc etc. WOHOOOO!!! skygod7777 0 #2 June 7, 2004 zhills has a nice pond. it's like 40 or 50 ft wide by 185 ft. i'm not sure about any other dz's having a pond right on the airport. if you make it up to GA, skydive the farm has 2 ponds (only 1 that is pretty open, the other is kind of tight getting in to it). atlanta skydiving center has a nice pond too. and they both have cheap hop n pops. later Quote Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
