jose 0 #27 September 2, 2004 Yeah he didnt pressure me at all either. Dealing with him on the decision to buy was fine. In fact very informative and helpful. Where the deciet comes in is after he had my money. I waited something like 14 weeks for my canopy. All the while, I was told that it would take 6-8. Everytime I called, when I actually got an answer, I was told, its done...it will be there in a week or two. I asked why that long for shipping. I was told, because it was in Spain. I called Spain and found out the real story. My canopy had been done for over a month, but they ran into problems with the logo that goes on the stabilizers. They didnt have any more and they were waiting get them for install, then ship the canopies. The guy on the phone gave me the option to not have a logo and I took it. I had the canopy in less than 2 weeks. All this to receive a canopy with a fucked lineset. Returned it and got hasseled. Never dealing with reps again. Dealers are more motivated to make you happy it seems. I am a dealer for Gatorz and I will do about anything to make a buyer happy, no questions asked. I just wish all people in the gear business were like that. There's no replacement for honesty. Integrity goes a long way. 2 things to live by for a successful business.
