ianmdrennan 2 #5 October 11, 2004 QuoteKevin Love and Jonathan Tagle. Are they up and coming on the PST or did I just miss them? Tagel has been making quite a name for himself and Kevin Love is a member of Team Mirage with Jason Eames, Hans Paulsen and Dave Hebert. SkymonkeyONE 4 #8 October 11, 2004 It was a great meet and the weather, at least for the most part, was absolutely perfect. I was bummed not to make the first cut (at 20), but many, many pilots who generally finish at the top did not make it either. I think I finished 26th or 27th overall; I forget. Tagle was killing it, as was Eames. There were some amazing performances and I don't think I ever saw but one botched turn in the entire Open event. Rdutch 0 #13 October 11, 2004 QuoteQuote Any clue on the Intermediate results? I'm SORRY! I didn't get the Inters. Wait...weren't you there? Yeah but after being in Perris so long, and in dire need of a good night sleep from having to wake up early every day, I just couldn't wait to get home so the second I landed from my last round I changed my ticket and caught a ride to the airport. So I wasn't there to see the results. Ray Small and fast what every girl dreams of!
jmpwme 0 #14 October 11, 2004 Congrats to all who qualified for the US team and especially to Jonathan Tagle. Nice job JT. Silver in 4-way and qualified for a second US team. Not a bad Nationals!!!!! Others have mentioned Jonathan's recent success above. He also had a great showing at the Ranch and is among the season leaders on the PST. GraficO 0 #20 October 12, 2004 Christian Hartwigsen... or CJ as we know him here in New Mexico... WAS TOTALLY ON for this comp. Funny thing is that he went to Nationals thinking he would just go for the experience... but training and pursuit of technique earned him the Inter Overall Gold. Many congrats to CJ... way to go man! Does this mean I have to start training for Team comp with you now? GraficOGraficO "A Mind is a terrible thing to taste."

Get this... when he qualified here at Skydive Oregon, he had never swooped a pond before! They just use the land and ocean over there. One hell of a canopy pilot and nice guy. Rdutch 0 #23 October 14, 2004 What a great showing for Icarus's new canopy. A little birdie said that they will be available to the public in January, I think they are going with the name V2. And after watching it open from the plane I can say that it opened great. Ray Small and fast what every girl dreams of!
