thats the one eric. good job bringing up the past

Well you know what they say......

"If you can't beat 'em, dredge up old shit from their past and try to make so much fun of them that they just give up, go home and cry."

At least I think that's how it goes....

something like that anyway

So did Dave get to be the first one to swoop it?

I do believe that Mr Billings was indeed the first one to swoop the new pond. I could have been the 2nd one (or even 1st one by beating him down) as I was on the same load. But the pond hardly had any water in it when Dave swooped it. Jim has the video of it.

like i told you before lee.

brian and ian are doing VERY well and are good competition for me. each one of us will beat each other over and over again.

it would be a complete gamble if i took the bet, and i dont gamble.

i hope i beat both of them, but it is going to take one hell of a good pilot to do it, so we will see when we get there.

ok now back to shit talkin.

ian, if your going to continue to land like you have been im going to have to ban you to the student area.:D

and brian, dont let me beat you dude. sam said she was going home with me if i did.!:o

you know i love you guys, we shall see who is on top when it counts, and i cant wait to be there.!;)

Hey Chris. We want you swooping with us, but don't come back too soon. I don't know what happened today, but as of yesterday we were still waiting for our first major chow. We had Keith, Myself and Billings topping out the list of the likely candidates to have the first major chow. But if you come back before one of us have christined the pond, then we'll have to put you at the top of the list.

I've got a few more pics to share with y'all. They're a few days old. I've been swooping the pond today in kind of high winds, but there's no video (yet) to share with today's action. I should have one more crack at the pond today and if the winds calm down a little I'll downwind it.

This series of pics is from Dave ...

dont be scared of the water there justin, it only bites if you stare at it!

I don't think he was scared of the water. He was scared of the 2 foot high berm that we had to negotiate a couple of days ago. The pond is almost full now, but the edge and top still needs to be finished. Swooping the pond today (out side of the wind we had) was a whole lot safer that it was a few days ago. I think we're a little crazy for what we were doing. But normal people don't swoop right? ;)

Ryan looks like he's holding his breath before he even get's wet!

Yeah, about that.... I have to say I'm a little embarrassed to be caught looking like that.:$

Well Keith you and I are off the hook. Dave Billings officially christened the pond today with a chow. Dave attempted to go big and had a good swoop going. But he was faced with staying dry on that ugly shit on the SE corner or getting wet. He chose wet. The load before this I thought I was a goner. I was certain that I was going in doing an unplanned superman. But I got lucky and had enough lift to make it to the shore. But we're still waiting for that really really really big chow.

Wow! I never come in here but I'm glad I did. I so enjoyed the pictures.

I can't wait to see the real thing happening during the comp in a few weeks.
