lewmonst 0 #6 September 11, 2005 Thanks Kolla! I don't know if any final results are posted anywhere... hopefully omniskore will post them. I had a lot of fun! We dealt with some funky winds at times. A big thanks to Kiki and all the judges and volunteers who set up the courses and ran the show! Kaz Sheekey is my hero. peace lewhttp://www.exitshot.com

lewmonst 0 #9 September 12, 2005 She's a Guest, so not included in the official final rankings. She had a great meet! She made the finals, so the top half. One of her accuracy rounds in the finals schooled everyone. There was funky winds, a bit downwind and everyone was stalling and chowing to hit zone 5, she got all the lines and stood it up. peace lewhttp://www.exitshot.com
SkymonkeyONE 4 #10 September 12, 2005 Just so people know, it's incredibly easy to go from the top half to near the bottom in a single skydive at a "classic" swoop meet. One vertical can usually ruin a meet for you. Two verts and you are really done. It is much more important to get the entrance gate than it is to go 400 feet or do a sub-three-second speed round. Without the gate, the round is for naught, no matter how cool it looked. The very best compitors cut the gates the closest, knowing that if they do just barely clear they are going to sail much farther and rip through much faster.
