skydivenagasaki 0 #1 December 13, 2005 So can someone please explain to me exactly what longer risers do for swoops? Lighter pressure? Longer recovery arc? Bigger pendulum effect? I am in the process of switching rigs and am transitioning from a XF-2 139 with 18" risers to a Katana 120 with 22's. Apart from the fact that they are different canopies (obviously) would longer risers be equivalent to a longer lineset if the same canopy were used in the comparison? Thanks for the input...
