sunnydee123 0 #7 March 27, 2006 The pics are great........but ummm.....if we want some of the photos......ummm......do we really have to pay $6.50 each ???? Dreams become reality, one choice at a time...
chayes12 0 #8 March 28, 2006 Well....this idea about having a photographer come out and take a lot of pictures of everyone and put them on a website for sale is not permanent. As a professional photographer myself, I do know that the cameras that these guys are using cost thousands of dollars and although they have been gracious enough to come out time and time again to take pictures for us, I would like to compensate them for their time and efforts while at the same time try to provide another service to competition participants. If you guys feel in any way that this is not a good idea or have any suggestions regarding this then of course let us know. Basically the way the site works is we upload all of our photos onto the site and then if someone orders a photo the company prints and ships it to the customer, so the $6.50 is almost all cost. But again if you feel that this is a bad idea then we can remove the site. Hope this helps.
ntacfreefly 0 #9 March 28, 2006 Chris, I'm all about supporting Justin and the other camera people. If they get a shot of anyone of my friends, or myself, that I like I'll definitely buy it. Personally I don't think 6.50 a pic is a bad price at all. I'd love to see them stay at the meets. sunnydee123 0 #11 March 28, 2006 Yikees - wasn't trying to take anything away from anyone and I LOVE the fact that they are there providing us with memories to remember the events, so please don't take them away. I know all about camera costs, used to be a camera junkie myself.......... Maybe the problem is now I just like to look at myself too much and I want all the pictures I'm in . Happy Birthday Justin....picture order sent! Dreams become reality, one choice at a time...
