Tonto 1 #27 May 19, 2006 I deleted your last post. This is a topical forum. If you want to post meaningless bullshit - go to Bonfire. If you want to upset people with meaningless bullshit - go to SC. tIt's the year of the Pig.
freeflydemon 0 #28 May 22, 2006 You should try a mid range canopy, semielliptical with a higher WL (1.2 to 1.5). Safire 2, Sabre 2 and Pilots are great canopies to learn, they open more than great and have a lot of flare power. I flew a Safire (@1.7) and I did better flares than a lot of people who buy crossfires and katanas with the same jumps that I have, at that moment. After 300 jumps on the safire (I could do a lot of more jumps on it, but it wasn´t mine) I bought a Crossfire and I really fly better than the people who didn't make a good transition. This "mid-range category" is amazing!!! Is a must, if you want to learn High Performance Landings. I really recommend you a safire, opens are perfect and long flares.
