But maybe you're talking more about the post jump partying? Try not to worry about the things you have no control over
CanopyPiloting 0 #11 May 23, 2006 Not young as in your physical age but how long you have been on the competition circuit or tour.
Brains 2 #12 May 23, 2006 Jim, would i be out of line to tell Eric Butts about this thing? Never look down on someone, unless they are going down on you.

SkymonkeyONE 4 #18 May 24, 2006 I would like to make a donation to the "fiesta fund" since I can't be there. No, Jim, I will not PayPal it to you! Perhaps I should create an endowment just for Joe as I am sure he will be setting the standard in at least one regard. I could name it "the Joe Bennet memorial boogie till you fall flat on your face" award. Brilliant! I also believe there should be an award for the hardest pond strike that does not cause critical injury. Joe could be the philanthropist who donates that prize. Love and kisses, Chuckie

CanuckInUSA 0 #22 May 25, 2006 Quote16 days and counting... I received/experienced two pieces of news today which put a smile on my face. My US tax return refund arrived today (I paid way too much tax last year only working 3 1/2 months in 2005) and because of this my June and August Colorado trips are already paid for (plus the JVX is now offically paid off as well). And the 2nd piece of good news was that I was able to jog across a road with my bum leg meaning that I should be good to go for this swoop comp. I doubt I'll be jumping this weekend since I'd hate to re-injure the leg by rushing back too soon, but then again, rain is in the forecast (again) for the Vancouver area so I doubt I'd be able to jump even if I was healthy. But hopefully I can get some practice in the weekend before the swoop comp and of course I will be arriving a day ahead in Colorado to get re-adjusted to jumping there. PS: I miss the sun of CO as this daily deluge of rain in Vancouver BC sucks!!! Try not to worry about the things you have no control over

Not going to go for either of those 2 awards being that I win those hands down . Just going out for the old guys and going to have some fun . Wish you were coming . Going for no cutaways and no hospital trips . Talk to you soon . Joe
