berchtoldaj 0 #1 December 18, 2008 Hello All, The 2009 Florida Canopy Piloting season is starting in January. The league has grown over the last 5 years through the hard work of of its members, dropzones, and volunteer Judges. This season we're looking for new Judges! The meet schedule is listed below. If your available on a few of these dates, and would like to come join the group, let me know! The group that comes out to these meets are quite close and we are all there for the same thing, learning, competition, and friendship. Though this isn't a job thats going to pay your car bill, we do our best to take care of your expenses(travel, food, lodging, cocktails,back rubs, etc). We'll teach you the rules, safety, and all you need to know. Just bring an able body and some common sense. Over the course of a few meets we can get you all you need to know to get you your USPA judges rating. We have 3 Nationally rated judges in the league who can give you your test and sign off your rating when your ready! You don't know how good that feels! And before you ask, yes, i have used my rating like that on numerous occasions and i will do it again. oh, and don't forget to vote!
