CanEHdian 0 #1 September 10, 2002 It doesn't show up on the TV nor on the cam, but when I extract frame grabs (stills) and view on the computer... there's the vignette and sometimes even the edge of my goggles! It's not always there, but most of the time I need to clean them up. Why is that? Better res on the 'puter? Would appreciate some light on the matter... Thanks, CanEHdianTime's flying, and so am I... jdhill 0 #2 September 10, 2002 The full frame is not visable on the TV, but it is on the computer... If you have access to a editing program, Premier or Final Cut Pro (or others), you should be able to pull up guides... they appear as boxes centered on the frame... there are two of them... the motion or action safe guide, which shows what will be seen on the TV, and a title safe guide, which shows where you should place titles or graphics on the frame so that they will not be pinched when displayed on a TV.
