motherhucker 0 #1 February 26, 2003 Config: g4 powerbook titanium 512M ram, 800Mhz, FCP3, Sony DCR-PC9, LaCie 120G ext. firewire drive. (the FW cable goes from camera to ext. HD to computer) After logging a tape for batch capture, I'm getting errors warning me of dropped frames. I've shut down all unnecessary programs, but as long as the camera is attatched to the FW drive and not directly to the computer I get the dropped frames error.
