Skydive2 1 #1 April 18, 2003 I'm setting up my new Rawa, with a Canon Rebel 2000 on top. I was wondering what is the best quick release mount out there for the still camera? I'm debating between the Stroboframe http://www03.bhphotovideo.com/default.sph/FrameWork.class?FNC=ProductActivator__Aproductlist_html___52735___STQRC___REG___CatID=0___SID=F033E35CE30 or the Velbon http://www.bhphotovideo.com/bh3.sph/FrameWork.class?FNC=ParentActivator__Aproduct_html___CatID=404___SID=F4D727BAC10 Any on have anything good/bad to say about either? Any better one's? I'm kinda leaning toward the Stroboframe, but would like some suggestions first. Blue skies Lance
quade 4 #2 April 18, 2003 I don't know a lot about the Vebon product, but I've used the Stroboframe product for several years without any problems at all. The Stroboframe quick releases are -very- solid, secure and very low profile on or off the mount. I -highly- recommend.quade - The World's Most Boring Skydiver
