Chief 0 #1 March 16, 2003 Does anyone have an e mail address for these folks? I have a Pro Track and interface program which worked fine. Now all of a sudden, it will not transfer data into the computer. Any suggestions? Thanks

CrazyIvan 0 #3 March 16, 2003 It uses the SERIAL port in your computer, check your hardware first, then the software. Have you tried to re-install it? What version of Winblows are you running?__________________________________________ Blue Skies and May the Force be with you.

Yoshi 0 #7 March 17, 2003 they are an awesome company. I had a ditter that the buttons came out they rplaced it for free and sent me extra batteries.. my brother fell in the plane on exit and his protrack busted and didnt work at all (he hit the side of his head on the door which smashed the protrack) and they replaced that for free... they even paid for the shipping to get it back! I am sure if you are having any problems that you cant fix they will do it for you -yoshi_________________________________________ this space for rent. What I would do is RULE OUT the COM port in your computer, to do that, borrow an EXTERNAL modem and install it (using standard modem drivers) and try to dial out, if it dials, then is the ProTrack if it doesn't, then is your computer. Or, you can REMOVE the COM ports, in DEVICE MANAGER and reboot the computer, that way Windows will reinstall the COM ports and fix whatever problem might be.__________________________________________ Blue Skies and May the Force be with you.
