flyhy 0 #1 August 12, 2003 What sort of equipment do you guys use for editing your videos? What do editors use at busy tandem dropzones where the camera guys just leave their tapes when having back-to-back vids? Is there any such thing as a mixer with a tape slot (so that you don't need a spare camera on the ground) , internal or external audio source AND that can be plugged into a VCR and DVD writer? LouDiamond 1 #3 August 15, 2003 Here is what I use CLICK ME and it's so easy to use it should be a crime. I took a week + worth of video from the Perris memorial day boogie and had a small 20+ min boogie video set to music done two days after the boogie. One day was spent on just flying back to the right coast so call it one day to get it done. I use a computer based DVD burner to burn with straight from my mini DV cam that has the finished product on it from the Screen play."It's just skydiving..additional drama is not required" Some people dream about flying, I live my dream SKYMONKEY PUBLISHING

LouDiamond 1 #5 August 15, 2003 You can pick one up used for a lot less. E-bay has them every so often and you can get one off of their forum site as well. They have their own Screenplay forums much like DZ.com except it's all screenplay users, most of which make their living using the machine so there is a wealth of info there."It's just skydiving..additional drama is not required" Some people dream about flying, I live my dream SKYMONKEY PUBLISHING
