photocell??

Help!!!

I broke my cameye and wont be able to get another one till next week, does anyone know how to make a 9 volt photocell activated LED light? and could you scan in the schematics?

Radio Shack has all kinds of photo cell ends. My first LED light was built with a knife, electrical tape, three wire - one twice as long as the other two and also the right length from camera light, through helmet to eye peace, AA battery, velcro with sticky back, one photo cell and one Red LED. thats the start of it. (>|<) AC

I figured it out :D buuuuut I gotta get better LED's I burned out the two cheapies I got...... They burned really bright for a second....They dont seem to be rated for 9volts...... I built one about 6 years ago, but couldnt for the life of me remember how to do it.....oh well, its just a temp till my cameye gets here.

I prefer the K.I.S.S. method....
I've tried the Skylight II which did nothing but piss me off with malfunctions. I now have a small mirror double sticky taped to my wrist altimeter and a small hole in the d-box in front of the rec light...I just look for myself if the light is on to verify. Low tech and dependableB|
