gmac324 0 #1 September 8, 2003 I have decided to get a freefly camera suit, because I sometimes have a few fallrate issues filming tandems in my normal freefly suit without wings. The only one I could find was merlin suits. Does anyone know other manufacturers which sell freefly suits with wings. I live in the UK if that makes a difference. jdhill 0 #2 September 8, 2003 I jump a Firefly camera suit, and love it... there are several others that make them, Tony and Flight Suit come to mind. The Firefly has great range, from slow tandems, to fast 4-way... can even sitfly (yes, sitfly not backfly) under a 125 way. PhreeZone 20 #3 September 8, 2003 Personally... I'd reccommed getting a 2 or 3 piece suit. Get the freefly pants with a camera top. Add in a freefly top and you've got a combo of suits that has the range to do 90% of your video work. Hot summer day and you are burning up in your camers suit? Fine, just put on the camera top and jump in shorts. Plus with a 3 piece suit you would match at all times and we know how important that is huh? freekflyguy 0 #4 September 8, 2003 I have a Firefly freefly camera suit and it is the bollox. I have the big wings and find it gives me excellent range, from 105mph - 155mph (so far). Ive not tried sitflying with it yet but will do soon. BuzzIt's nice to be important, but it's more important to be nice.
