Does any one have a good place to buy Mini DV tapes, Sony Brand Premier, and batteries for the Rebel G? Looking for the cheapest place that is trust worthy.

The Wal-Mart sister store Sam's Club.. Man you cannot beat the prices they give anywhere!!!..... If you buy DV tapes they are like $3 each. But I am not sure about the batteries for Rebel G..

Met a good guy through Ebay that gives me 10 packs for less than $5 a tape (MiniDVSony).
Batteries Plus is where I buy all my camera batteries.

I agree with blair, I got a 10 pack of premium sony dv tapes for $40 on ebay.

The other day I was using Sony miniDV tapes with very poor results, this was a first! When I was shooting an AFF student, the picture gets all these lines and becomes blurry. It's not the camera as when I used a Panasonic miniDV tape it was crystal clear.

Thank goodness that the students understood. From now on I am just going to use Panasonic tapes!!

I don't know if anyone else has encountered this?

3 TDK MiniDV Tapes for 9,99 Euro at Froeschl here in Germany. Can anybody beat that? I think it was a one time offer though.

Huh finally found something that's cheaper here! 4 sony tapes or 5 panasonic for like eur 19 at Mediamarkt. Prices vary a bit and special offers are even cheaper (or you don't have to buy 4 or 5 tapes at once). TDK seems to be more expensive but I like sony/panasonic better anyway.
But the sony chip tapes are eur 13 a piece or something like that. Too bad... Too expensive for me.
