nacmacfeegle 0 #2 February 20, 2004 Premiere 5 was as buggy as a bunkhouse mattress. I wouldn't even begin to try and get it to work. Go with 4.2 or 6 (6 or later preferred) and you'll have much better luck. How did you get the rest of your movie footage onto your computer?-------------------- He who receives an idea from me, receives instruction himself without lessening mine; as he who lights his taper at mine, receives light without darkening me. nacmacfeegle 0 #4 February 23, 2004 "it's stills pics..." Oh, I am sorry, please forgive me, for some reason I thought you were talking about moving pictures... "- i want to put the movie in a project of Premier 5" "-give me the material as it is - on video." "i want that movie to be in my project! please help!" And you don't have a video card? Do you have any sort of firewire or analogue inputs at all? Your going to need some sort of video interface, or the means to transfer moving pics from tape to say memory card or equivalent..... For what its worth, premiere could not work with OHCI compatible files till version 6. Prior to that, codecs were hardware specific for the camera interface. EG if you wanted to output your movie via, say a miro DV300 card, you had to have the correct mirodv codec.-------------------- He who receives an idea from me, receives instruction himself without lessening mine; as he who lights his taper at mine, receives light without darkening me.
