martymac11 0 #1 April 15, 2004 I fried my old DCR-PC1 when it got wet off the bridge last October. I bought a new DCR-PC330 but it is too heavy for me and my neck. I'm looking at either a DCR-HC20, a DCR-HC40 or a DCR-PC109. These are all Sony models - Sony is my only consideration at this time. Any advice from anyone who has any of these models. I'm leaning toward the HC40 for higher video quality but would rather go with the slightly lighter and cheaper HC20 if anyone could vouch for it's picture quality. I have enough saved to buy an HC20, but am trying to scrape up enough to buy a PC109. We will see if the cash arrives before the rush of tandem students. These are discontinued according to TWEETER. Even the ones left in the store are going to be floor models.
