First camera (used) What's a good starter?

I'm just about ready to go out and buy my first camera. I'm gonna be restricted on budget (Damn that first year of skydiving was expensive!).

What's a good budget model to try to pick up?

Doesn't get much less expensive than a TRV19.

A used one in good condition (be wary, very wary of eBay) should be pretty affordable $200-$300.

It's a pretty capable camera for most work. You won't win any Emmys for cinematography, but more than adequate for basic stuff.

I use a Sony TRV 19 and it does a pretty good job for the money, It does not have a lot of extra features, But if your using a computor program for editing you really don't need them.
You can find them new for around $400.00 if you look around on the internet.
